About the Occupant Load Sign
Rooms used for assembly — meeting rooms, ballrooms, restaurants, classrooms used as assembly spaces — must post their occupant load near the main exit or exit access doorway (IBC 1004.9). The number comes from your building or fire official, not from this site. These are visual signs (no braille). Add the room name and a note such as BY ORDER OF THE FIRE MARSHAL if your jurisdiction uses one.
